The zopyx group helped to realise new guidelines portal Onkopedia within the framework of a cooperative project with the German Society for Haematology and Oncology (DGHO). The newest version of Plone - Plone 4 - was used, as well as the extended version of ZOPYX's Produce & Publish authoring environment.
- Medical treatment and decision-making guidelines in the areas of haematology and oncology
- "My Onkopedia"
- Knowledge database with supplementary information from conferences and events
- Archive functionality for guidelines
- PDF generation using Produce & Publish (incl. table of contents, legends for graphics and tables, table headings, automatic numbering of graphics and tables)
- Comment functionality
During the migration process, the database of current guidelines was extracted from a MoinMoin Wiki and imported automatically into Plone. A model guideline was also used to demonstrate the optimal way in which Plone content interacts with the Produce & Publish platform.
