ZOPYX is a recognised expert in the efficient linkage of relational databases like Oracle, MySQL or PostgreSQL with object-oriented Python and Zope applications. The object-relational mapper SQLAlchemy is the tool primarily deployed in achieving this. SQLAlchemy introduces an abstraction layer between the application and the database. Operations like insert, delete, refresh and search are made directly accessible within the application via Python functions.
