• 1995: University of Saarbrücken:  master degree in Computer Science
• 1995: Software developer for ISDN drivers  Creatix Polymedia
• 1996-2000: Software developer and system analyst for Saarbrücker Zeitung in the Electronic Publishing department
  
• • co-development of the first web presentation of a german newspaper
  • development of in-house  production planing- and monitoring systems
    
  • several large-scale multilingual projects for the Office for publications of the European Union
• 2001-2002: Software developer for  Zope Corporation, USA
• 2003: Software developer in the Electronic Publishing department for  Haufe Mediengruppe, Freiburg
• since 2004: CEO of  ZOPYX and Freelancer for Haufe Mediengruppe, Freiburg
• since March 2004: founded ZOPYX Ltd. and ZOPYX Ltd & Co KG

• Zope 2 Release Manager
